In 2003 Annie Bakst and Robert Hunt established Bohemian Bread on an 1830s farmstead in East Calais, Vermont. Robert has 35 years' experience in food service, baking and specialty coffee. Annie is the owner and creative director of Yellow Pop Group, a virtual marketing agency.
